Below is an alphabetical list of the terminal services available at the Greater Moncton International Airport (GMIA).
Airline Ticketing and Check-in
Before arriving at the airport, always check with your airline for information regarding check-in times and luggage requirements.

ATM
There is an automated teller machine (ATM) located in the central area on the main level of the terminal.
The machine is located alongside the wall next to the car rental agencies.

At this time, the airport does not offer a currency exchange service.

Baggage Claim
If you have lost your luggage when arriving at the airport, please proceed to one of the airline baggage service centres located in the baggage claim area.

Boardroom
The GMIA offers boardroom space for meetings of up to 20 people.
Rates:
- Half-day (four hours or less): $75
- Full-day: $125

Car Rentals
Currently, four car rental companies operate at the airport.
Their kiosks are located inside the terminal on the main level. Please contact them directly for more information.

Computer Data Ports
Computer data ports are installed on telephones located next to the car rental kiosks and in the pre-boarding area.

Departure Fee
An Airport Improvement and Reconstruction (AIR) fee is collected on all airline tickets for passengers departing from Greater Moncton International Airport (GMIA).

The elevator is located in the central section of the terminal.

Lost and Found
For lost articles in the terminal building, please contact airport administration at (506) 856-5444 between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. (Atlantic time).

The airport terminal offers a rest area room.
A defibrillator is available in the terminal building for emergency use.

Security Screening

Smoking
The GMIA's non-smoking policy is as follows:
- Smoking is not permitted in any GMIA-owned facility.
- Smoking is prohibited on all airside areas.
- Smoking is prohibited within nine metres of all building entrances, windows, ventilation systems and in the terminal’s underground parking area.
- Outdoor ashtrays will be moved away from building entrances.
This policy applies to all employees, passengers, visitors and clients.
The GMIA is committed to the health and safety of our employees, passengers, visitors and clients. This policy’s success depends upon mutual consideration and co-operation. Please work with us to keep our air as clean as possible.
